Best Practice

We have been offering “individual quality childcare in a safe, caring, loving and stimulating environment” since 1980 and were well-known in the West Bridgford and Bingham areas, though these settings were sold a few years ago.

Our childcare facility at Manor Farm opened in 1995 and is registered with Ofsted and Rushcliffe Borough Council.

The nursery and Manor Farm & Woodlands work together to make the best use of the excellent facilities that surround them.

Staffing

Those who work here are very important to us, and many have been with us for many years.

Our excellent childcare team are supported by a number of experienced supernumerary staff who can offer forest school, music and drama, P.E, and gardening sessions for children of all ages.

Policies & Procedures

As is to be expected, we have a full range of childcare and employment policies and procedures in place and are compliant with relevant legislation and insurance requirements.

Our ‘Welcome Pack’ details those most frequently used, and a copy of all of our Policies and Procedures is available in each Nursery Room.
